CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits required on some service. All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE Policy fees still apply with deposit subtracted. (I.e. if your fee is $80 and your deposit was 20. Fee remaining will be $60 at cancellation or no show ring out.) Cancellation, no show, late policy: - No call/no shows will be charged 90% of the service with the remainder amount required from the previous service before a reschedule will be made. - Canceling with less than 24 hour notice will result in a 50% fee of estimated services. - 15+ minutes late will result in the appointment being cancelled with a 50% fee being charged. **Unless we’ve communicated prior. ***I understand life & emergencies happen!
